After the organization administrator completes the integration configuration, other members in the organization will receive a welcome message from the LigaAI Automation and can start using it after completing authorization.
If there is no welcome message when you use it for the first time, please search: LigaAI Automation in the Lark search box and click to enter the authorization dialog.
In the system message notification settings, check the “Receive messages about work changes via Lark”.
Through the Automation, customized message notification can be sent to relevant parties accurately.
For example, a scenario of adding an Automation: When a requirement is not created by a product manager, notify the product manager to confirm the requirement through Lark.
In the Lark Group Settings, add the robot: LigaAI Automation to the Lark groups.
Through the Automation, you can customize message notifications and select which group will receive the notifications.
Example: When a bug created by other colleagues is not assigned to an executor, it will be sent to the test group and arranged by the test colleagues.
Configuration method:
When receiving comment reminders that mention "me" in Lark, you can reply to the comments directly by communicating with the robot.
Move your mouse to the message and click the Reply icon in the action menu. You can @ other members in the input box, which also supports inputting text, images, and attachments.
Note:
When receiving a customized message from the Automation in Lark, work information can be directly modified in the message card of the dialog, and the data will be synchronized with LigaAI in real-time.
LigaAI's Lark application supports converting one or multiple Lark messages into LigaAI project issues or personal To-Dos.
While converting to To-Dos, AI will automatically generate a title and a description summary for you, saving your time and effort!
Click on the message to expand the menu, select Add LigaAI To-Do, fill in the fields and save. You can now create a new project issue or personal To-Do in LigaAI.
The "Personal Todo" can be viewed on the Dashboard - Todo List.
You can also convert then contents of multiple message To-Dos. Select multiple messages, choose "Quick Action", and then click Add LigaAI To-Do. The text will be used as the description, and the images and the files will be uploaded as attachments.
When you click on “quick action”, the selected messages will be canceled. After clicking "Add to LigaAI To-Do", the selected messages can be brought to the work details pane.
1. The administrator has completed the authorization configuration, but I still can't find the LigaAI fo Lark application?
Solution: You can contact the administrator to confirm the users' availability to the application. Only members available to the application can search for it. If the administrator needs to modify the users' availbility, please go to the Lark Open Platform, open the application details, select “Application Release” - “Version Details", and modify the Availability Status.
2. Can't find "Add LigaAI To-Do" in the Quick Actions menu?
Click More to view the applications installed by the enterprise. You can find "Add LigaAI To-Do" there. Click "+" to add "Add LigaAI To-Do" to "My Frequently Used". You will be able to see the "Add LigaAI To-Do" option in the message quick actions.
