Import Comments

You can import the history comments of the work items to make sure your team has all the context.

Step1. Entrance

Click the icon in the upper right corner and select Import Comments.

You can use the comment data exported from a third-party platform, or prepare the data using the provided template.

👉 Before importing data from a third-party platform, you must perform the work items import. This helps the system map the original ID to the previously imported work.

Step2. Prepare data

• Include the two fields in the file: ID and Comment. When inputting the same ID, two comments will be generated for a work item.
• Ensure the corresponding work item is in LigaAI before importing comments, else comments cannot be imported.
• Once the comments are imported, the publisher will appear as AI Assistant in LigaAI.

Step3. Upload file

Click the Upload Files button to upload the comments to LigaAI.

Step4. Importing feedback

After importing, view the results in the bottom left of the page. If there are any failures, you can download the error file to view the information.
