Widgets

Add Widgets to Dashboard

Click Add widget button at the top right corner to view a list of widgets available. The widgets are organized into categories for easier access.

Find the widgets you need to add, then add them to the dashboard by clicking or dragging and dropping.

Arrange the Widgets

You can move the position of the widget or resize them to organize your dashboard.

Move a widget

1. Click and drag any widget to move it.

2. Other widgets will adjust themselves automatically.


Resize a widget

1. Hover over the sides or corners of any widget.

2. When your cursor becomes a resize arrow, click and drag to resize the widget.

Available Widgets  

  • Number: count the number of works or numeric fields to visualize the project metrics you are concerned about.
  • Chart: Visualize work statistics, with an optional doughnut or column chart.
  • Burndown Chart: Keep track of the progress trend of project sprints by comparing the ideal line with the actual line and identify potential delay risks in time.
  • Cumulative Flow Chart: Reflect the number of various types of work processed cumulatively in each phase and their trends over time.
  • Kanban: The Kanban widget allows you to view the progress of each work within the project and brings commonly viewed information directly to you.
  • Todo List: Check your daily work, including the work assigned to you and your personal reminders.
  • Assigned to: Show you the work schedule and current progress of each project member.
  • Comments: Centralized access to the work comments that matter most to you. Customize the desired comment type to reduce message noise and improve response efficiency.


Only works when integrated with Git:

  • Commit Efficiency: It is used to observe the effect of continuous integration in practice, reflecting the execution of member builds per day in deployments mode.
  • Merge Time Report: It is used to observe the queue situation from merge request to processing completion, to find problems and make timely adjustments.
  • Merge Request Statistics: By counting the merge frequency of the team, you can observe the release speed of the team in a certain period.
