Click on the sprint name to toggle viewing and tracking works within different sprints.
Click on the sprint name to expand the dropdown, and select the sprint that you want to view.

Use a column as the status to track a specific workflow. You can drag and drop work across columns to move them through status.

Adding work to the columns by clicking the + New work button.


Click on the elements on the card to quickly modify:
Click on the + button and write a title to add subtask.
Tick the box to mark the subtasks as completed.

Hover over the work and click the Link icon to copy the link of the work.

Hover over the work and Click on the ··· icon, you can select to:

Click on the button and write a name to add a column. You can drag and drop to re-order the columns after added.

Click on the icon and choose to change the status types.

Click on the
icon and Select Rename or Delete status.

Columns need to be empty to delete them. To delete a column, work should be moved to other columns or deleted.
Click on Group by in the top right corner to switch views. The option allows you to change the way that work cards are grouped on the board.

Helps you get a more intuitive view of each member's work progress and identify sprint bottlenecks in time.

Get a group-by-group view of the progress of parent-child linked work sets.

You can search for keywords at the top of the board or add a filter to view only specific works.

Subtasks filtering are supported. When subtask filtering is added, the filtered result will only show the subtasks that match the conditions.
Click the shortcut
on the right side of the screen to quickly expand or collapse subtasks.

Click the icon
at the top right of the board to Start the sprint.

Once the sprint is started, sprint statistics widgets will be activated. You can use the widgets on dashboard or other statistics features to monitor the sprint data and keep track of its progress.
When the sprint is finished, click the
icon to complete the sprint.
To complete a sprint, the unfinished work needs to be moved to backlog other sprints.
Hover over the progress bar to see the completion status of the sprint works.

You can go to Project Settings to change the workload counted method.
The Risks Warning predicts the sprint progress trend based on the history sprints data. The feature will be activated automatically when the sprint started.

The Risk Warning icon will be shown in red when there is a potential risk.
Estimated points: Determine potential risks by the team workload of the sprint against historical capacity. If the workload is over expected capacity, it will be considered a risk.
Workload by Members: Compare the member workload in a sprint against their historical capacity to determine if there are potential risks.
Sprint progress: Based on the burnup and backlog of historical sprints, intelligently predicts whether the progress of the current sprint is standard.
Progress by Members: Calculate members' ideal progress in the current sprint by learning from their historical performance to make a prediction on potential risks.
Extended issues: Provide the number and list of overdue work.
Sprint health score: Combine the above risks and calculate the sprint health. A full score indicates no risk, 80-99 means medium risk, while scores below 80 mean high risk.
The Risk Warning feature is disabled when the sprint is not started or completed. Meanwhile the Risk Warning icon will be hidden.
Click on the
icon and you can choose to modify the sprint basic info or to delete the sprint.

Click on the icon to reveal the history of activities within the sprint.

Changes on Sprint Scope: Shows the daily works created, deleted, added to or removed from the sprint.
Changes on Sprint Info: A record of the operations on the sprint. Such as sprint created, sprint owner changed and etc.
