1. Create Projects

LigaAI provides Best Practice Templates in agile and general software development to help you quickly create project workflows for demand management and bug tracking.

2. Product Backlog

Ideas and user stories make up the product. Taking notes on the initial form of each request will help you achieve the goal.

  • Create Work. Make a list of product to-do items by clicking the Quick Create button in the lower right corner.
  • Record a video to share your ideas. Distributed teamwork can be made more efficient by recording a video to clarify the requirements or problems encountered.

3. Schedule your Backlog

Find out How to use the Backlog feature to make a perfect development plan in LigaAI!

  • Prioritize. Calculate the priority and workload (estimated points/man-hour) of the work. By filling out the work details, you can then rank the to-do items in the Backlog.
  • Add work to sprints. Drag and drop the work into sprints according to the work priority and sprint capacity.

4. Customize Notification Preferences

Check off the changes you need to follow and choose the channel you are more comfortable with to receive messages. Don't miss out on any important changes to your project work.
