Subtasks

The work can only have one assignee. What if the work consists of multiple processes that require the collaboration of people? Break your work into subtasks, the smaller actionable pieces that show ownership in the processes.

Add Subtasks to the Work

Click the + button on the work detail pane, enter the title, and press enter to create a subtask.

Modify the Subtask

Modify the title

1. Hover on the title that you want to modify.
2. Click the icon and rewrite the title.

Set Assignee, Due Time and Workload

Click the element to modify the fields.

Workload of Subtasks

The estimated workload (estimated story points/Man-hour) of subtasks can be automatically added up as part of the total estimated workload of the parent work.

LigaAI supports the automations in the subtasks. You can either set the fields modified as the triggers or make automatic actions on subtasks.
