Hover over the icon in the lower right corner.

Work Type

A Work Type indicates work details pane consisted of specific fields. Select a Work Type to start a new work.

Note: You can customize Work Type to make LigaAI tailored to your needs.

Original elements

Project: A mandatory field for work. A work can only belong to a specific project. Once the work is created, the projects it belongs to can not be changed.
Sprint: Only works when Sprint feature enabled
Due date, due time and date range: Let your teammates know when a task should be completed by.
People fields: You can replace other people fields, such as Product Owner, Follower or other custom fields.
Work summary: Write a summary to specific a work.
Tags: Allow you to give work additional context, that can be used to filter or categorize work for easy viewing.
Pane Navigation: Help you go directly to corresponding content
Description: Allow you to describe, give directions, or add any other context for the work. Markdown syntax
is supported.
Linked Works: Add dependencies to work and show a complete picture of your work's context and progress.
Subtask: Split your work into smaller actionable items.
Attachments: Upload a file for reference.
Comments: Add a comment on a work to ask questions or provide extra information.

Custom Fields

Except for system preset fields, you add custom fields to the work details pane.

To add fields or modify the layout of the work details pane, click and select Customize. Set up

work types in project settings

Actions on Work

Copy Work ID&Link

Click the icon to copy the work link.
Click the work ID to copy it.
Hover over the work ID and select to copy ID&Summary or ID&Summary&Link.

Pin Work

Pin a work to the lower right corner of the screen for easy access. Click the icon on the work details pane to pin a work. Click the icon to unpin.

Duplicate Work

Click the 文章图片 icon on the work detail pane and select Duplicate the work to the current project.

Customize Detail Pane

You can add fields or adjust the layout of the work details pane according to the needs of the projects. To

customize work details pane, Click 文章图片 icon and select Customize.

Stick the fields to the top

Lift the reuqired or commonly used fields to the top of the pane for easily found and modified. Hover on the fields and click the 文章图片 icon to stick it to the top. Click the to unstick.

Delete work

Click 文章图片 icon and select Delete to delect the work.

What is the difference between Sub-work and Subtask?

When a large work is split into smaller sub-work, if these sub-work can still be developed, tested and released independently, then we recommend creating sub-work and linking them with the parent work; otherwise, use subtasks.
