Share Your your Kanban

Sharing your Sprints (or Kanban) to external users is supported.

Generate links

To share your project board:

1. Click on theicon in the top right corner.
2. Set the sharing Scope.
3. Set the Validity Period of the link.
4. Click Generate and Copy.

Anyone can access the project board via the link.

The owner and assignee on the work cards are invisible to external users.

Link Management

All the sharing links can be viewed on the Link Management tab. You can deactivate the links at any time.

Sharing Logs

Click the Project sharing logs button to view the sharing history in Audit logs.
