Import Work Items

Prepare a data file for import

Download import template

1. Click the icon on the upper right of the Work page and select Import.

2. Download the import template.

Organize work data

Organize your work data into the template file for import.

1. You will map your columns to LigaAI work fields during the import. The header marked with * reveals a required field in LigaAI work.
2. A row indicates a work item record.
3. Select the worktype you want to import and write the data into the corresponding tab sheet.
4. Up to 10000 work items can be imported per time.

You can match a column to:

• An existing LigaAI work field
• A custom field
• Or ignore the column to exclude it from your import

Data formatting requirements

Date and time formats

Multiple values input format

Use "," to separate multiple values for a field.

Example: tag1,tag2,tag3

Upload file

Click the Upload button to upload the prepared data file.

Review file details and map data to LigaAI fields

1. After the data file is uploaded, click Next to match the columns to LigaAI fields.
2. Check the mapping for each column entry and you can change them manually.

Finalize importing into ClickUp

1. Click Next to continue importing
2. Click Start Importing to submit the file for importing in the next page.
